Order Withdrawal Protocol
Effective date: 13 July 2026
1. Before dispatch
You may request cancellation from Track & Support while your order status shows processing and before the courier label is generated. Approved cancellations receive a full refund for prepaid orders.
2. After dispatch
Once a vegetable order leaves our packing row, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse delivery or follow the Freshness Return Protocol after receipt.
3. Partial cancellations
We do not support removing individual lines from a confirmed order. Place a separate order for additional items instead.
4. Refund timing
Approved prepaid refunds are initiated within five business days and may take five to ten business days to reflect in your bank or UPI statement.
