Cold-Chain Dispatch Charter

1. Packing standards

Vegetables are sorted, weighed, and packed in ventilated liners with cushioning suitable for each variety. Tender greens and herbs receive additional moisture protection where required.

2. Dispatch timeline

Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM on business days are typically handed to the courier within one to two working days, subject to stock and serviceability.

3. Shipping charges

• Prepaid orders: free standard shipping across serviceable PIN codes in India.
• Cash on Delivery: a courier surcharge of ₹49 applies and is shown at checkout.

4. Delivery coverage

We deliver to PIN codes supported by our courier partners. Remote or restricted zones may experience longer transit times or temporary unavailability.

5. Receipt confirmation

Inspect your crate on delivery. Note any visible damage on the courier receipt and contact us the same day through Track & Support.
