Freshness Return Protocol
Effective date: 13 July 2026
1. Scope
This protocol covers returns and refunds for fresh vegetables including root cellar lots, allium rows, legume pods, mushroom bays, vine cucumbers, herb bundles and sprout trays purchased from Appily Eighteen.
2. Eligible situations
- Wrong vegetable variety or pack size delivered compared to your order confirmation.
- Shipment lost in transit and not delivered within the stated window.
- Product arrives visibly damaged, mouldy, or unfit for consumption on arrival.
3. Reporting window
Report quality concerns within twenty-four hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. Late reports may limit our ability to verify the claim.
4. Resolution options
- Replacement dispatch of the correct item where stock permits.
- Partial or full refund to your original payment method for prepaid orders.
- Store credit for future vegetable purchases by mutual agreement.
5. Non-eligible cases
Natural wilting after prolonged storage, minor cosmetic marks typical of field harvest, or orders where the delivery address was incorrect are generally not eligible for refund.
